IAQ Building Surveys

EAI personnel have been involved with building structure and facilities maintenance for more than 18 years. With this background and a practical, common sense approach, we are able to work with the building owner to identify IAQ problems and prepare a remediation plan.

The typical IAQ survey would consist of the following:

• Meeting with the building owner or their representative
• On-site inspection of facility to include;
• Visual inspection of affected areas (including the obvious, and not so obvious)
• Moisture meter readings on suspect surfaces
• Collect air samples as needed
• Preparation of written report including recommendations for remediation
